Obligation To Submit Negative Pcr Test Result Before Travelling To Turkey Extended – 3

Further to the Embassy announcements on 26 February and 3 March 2021 respectively, the Embassy wishes to inform that the relevant Turkish authorities have extended the date with regards to the obligation to present negative PCR test before travelling to Turkey.

- All passengers who are 6 years old and older will be required to submit a negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result done within the last 72-hours prior to departure of their inbound flight to Turkey.

- Passengers who do not show negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result will not be admitted to flight. This requirement is not applicable for transit and transfer passengers.

- These measures will be in force until 30 May 2021 21:00 UTC hours.
